Impulse Heat Sealers- Includes 1 Heating Element Kit	Our Impulse Heat Sealers (choose with or without Cutter) include one kit with two heating elements and two teflon strips. Simple to use, just place polybag, poly tubing, cellophane or polyproylene bags between seal bar and gently press down and release. Adjustable timer to seal bags of assorted gauges. The size of the sealer to be considered depends on the width of the material to be sealed. In general, adding one inch to the width of material is fairly accurate. Our Hand Sealers are the easiest and most economical equipment available. Hand sealers are available in 8", 12" or 16" widths with or without cutters. Approximately 6-20 packages can be sealed per minute. Our sealers are constructed of metal and the body is formed out of rugged cast aluminum. The pivot is made out of steel. Heating Element Kit- Includes 2 Wires and 2 Teflon Strips	Extra heating elements and teflon strips are handy to have around to insure that production is not put on hold. Available for 8", 12" and 16" Heat Sealers. Replacement recommended after 1,000 to 5,000 seals, depending on the timer setting. Thicker material requires a higher timer setting, which will thereby decrease the number of seals per element. Replacement of heating element and the bottom teflon adhesive needs to be done at the same time.
