FETPAK'S HISTORY:
Fetpak Inc. is a leading distributor in the packaging supply business. Originally starting as an office and school supply distributor with a small line of shipping supplies. In 1990 we made a major decision to eliminate our entire line of office and school supplies and this changed the structure of the company. We were now focusing on our shipping supplies and were beginning to establish our retail packaging line.

We concentrated on our goal of helping our customers' business grow. This in turn helped our customer base to rapidly grow. In 1992, since our retail packaging line was growing rapidly, we moved to a larger warehouse. We expanded our warehouse space again in late 1994. We are proud of the fact that in 1994 Fetpak was listed in Inc Magazine as the 335th fastest growing private company in America.

In 1997 Fetpak made a major expansion and moved to our present warehouse in Commack, New York. Our strong growth continued as we found ways to increase productivity through technology and other means to help serve our customers better and to maintain our low prices.

Another expansion of technology took place in 2001 and 2002. While most businesses were cutting spending during the recession, we were increasing spending. Late in 2003, to further fuel our growth, we expanded our warehouse space an additional 25%. In 2004, due to a large increase in our customer base, our warehouse system was redesigned to increase the efficiency of order processing. We have also hired many new employees each of them knowing that the goal of Fetpak is to serve its customers. We continue to make major software and hardware expansions. In December of 2005 we again increased our warehouse space, this time by nearly 50% to 36,000 square feet. This expansion will help us buy in even larger quantities for additional discounts, which will benefit our customers. We also have plans to expand our selection of products to insure we remain your one stop shopping for packaging and retailers supplies. Our productivity advancements should further benefit you, our customer, and continue to grow your business.

FETPAK'S CUSTOMER FRIENDLY POLICIES:
Over the years our policies have become more customer friendly. We continue to go in this direction as our FREE SHIPPING policy on ALL orders, which we began in January of 2001, got such positive comments from our customers we decided to make it permanent. This lets our customers know the exact cost of the merchandise when they PLACE their order with no surprise freight charges, handling charges or other hidden costs. With freight charges rising year after year this is a large savings to our customers. Our competitors seem to be angry with us because of our free shipping policy. One even went so far to say that nothing is free and that the customer should ignore our free shipping policy. Statements like these by our competitors' just makes us realize that we have done the right thing. We are in business to serve the customer, not to trick them with hidden shipping, handling, fuel and insurance charges. Even with rising freight costs and surcharges, Fetpak is determined to keep its Free Shipping policy. Two other customer friendly policies also implemented in 2001, and remain in effect, is our return policy, which has no restocking fee and our 30-day guarantee on our products. Ask our competitors what their restocking policies are. Most will tell you it is anywhere from 15% to 25% of the returned products price. Fetpak's 30-day guarantee policy is for any reason, no ifs, ands, or buts. Also ask our competitors about their guarantee, if one exists.

WHY FETPAK'S PRICES ARE LOW AND OUR PRODUCT QUALITY IS HIGH:
When purchasing our products we insist that our manufacturers maintain a level of quality that is up to our high standards. Common practice of some of our competitors is to instruct their manufacturers to cut corners, such as shorting counts on bags and stating higher thicknesses than their bags actually are. At Fetpak, integrity is a top priority and one of the reasons that our customers remain loyal to us.

Our bulk buying and our high productivity are reasons our prices are low. We are always searching for manufacturers who can provide high quality products that we in turn can offer to our customers at lower prices than our competitors. Fetpak consults many manufacturers regarding design, production, and packaging. This insures that our customers receive the high quality they expect from Fetpak. As for our productivity, there is an ongoing search to become more efficient so savings can continue to be passed on to you, our valued customers.
