PICK UP- Our warehouse and showroom are opened from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time.
To speed pick up, call in your order beforehand. Orders over $100.00 which are picked up receive a 5% discount.
Terms of Sale:
1) Credit Cards- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Novus/Discover accepted.International accounts must pay by credit card.
2) Pay in Advance- If order is under $100.00 be sure to add a $7.00 small order service to total.
You may fax or call your order in to us and we will fax or call back with your total dollar amount.
No international checks will be accepted. All checks must be drawn off a U.S. bank and be in US dollars.
3) C.O.D. Check- If a new customer you must fax your tax I.D. card attached to your letterhead.
If you have previously ordered from us the dollar amount of order must be comparable to original order(s).
C.O.D. terms only on UPS deliveries. (A C.O.D. fee will be added to all C.O.D. shipments.)
4) Open Account- Open account billing (Net 30) may be requested if you have previously placed
several orders with us, or if you have a good rating in D&B. We need your Duns Number, Bank Name and
Account Number, Address and Phone. Three references with Account Number, Address and Phone.
Past due invoices are subject to a 2% per month interest plus collection costs.
Minimum order is $25.00, if order is under $100.00 add $7.00. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.
Sales Tax will be charged to New York State customers, unless a Tax Resale or Exempt form is completed.

Free shipping and no handling from Fetpak on all orders shipped anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States and Canada.To qualify for free shipping, Fetpak chooses shipping method to be used. Most orders are shipped
UPS ground. If customer specifies shipping method to be used then Fetpak will add shipping to order.
We also ship Priority Mail, Next Day and 2nd Day. Freight charges are additional on special shipping requests.

Minimum Order $25.00 There is a $60.00 charge for common carrier deliveries
(usually a large quantity or bulky items) to a residential address. We will inform you before we ship if this applies to your order.

We are not responsible for reasonable or excusable delays, nor shall the customer refuse to accept delivery
because of such delay. Excusable delays include delays resulting from inability to obtain merchandise from
manufacturers, delays by shipping company, or other causes beyond our control. Shipments to AK, HI, PR,
VI and any U.S. Territories are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Only credit card payments accepted. Shipping added to order, no handling charges.
Please specify shipping method. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Priority. We will notify you of shipping
charge. On large orders, customer must arrange shipment from a freight forwarder based in the USA.
SPECIAL PRICING ON LARGE ORDERS
Last Column Pricing- Receive Last Column Prices on all items in our catalog on orders over $1,200.Orders from $2,500-$4,999 receive an additional 5% off. Orders over $5,000 receive an additional 8% off
last column prices. For last column pricing shipment must be to one location in the Contiguous U.S.A.
Does not apply to special orders or custom orders.
NEW EASY RETURN POLICY NO RESTOCKING FEES, NO HASSLES, NO PROBLEMS
If you would like to return a product, let us know within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will issue you a
Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days after issue date. The return
must be shipped back UPS or Fedex ground or Priority Mail, freight prepaid. You will receive a full credit, refund, or
replacement. Merchandise must be returned in original packing, clean and unused.
We can only issue refunds on orders in which a charge card was used, otherwise a replacement
or credit to your Fetpak account will be issued. Special or custom orders cannot be returned. All merchandise
should be examined upon receipt. Damaged items can only be replaced by an identical item. Column pricing,
quantity discounts, and small order charges will be adjusted to reflect the reduction caused by the return,
cancellation, or exchange. On Fetpak errors we will issue a Call Tag for pickup at our expense.
Seller makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, other than its obligation to deliver goods to its
buyer's specifications, if any. Seller's liability is limited to replacing defective product, and in no event shall
seller be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Customer is liable for round trip freight cost if order
is shipped out then canceled or refused.
Shipping Claims- We must be notified of misshipment or damaged products within 3 business days of
receipt of merchandise.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
If your order is being shipped UPS and you would like us to confirm when your order is shipped out and the date it will
arrive, request a confirmation and supply us with your email address and you will receive email with the ship date of your
order and tracking information. You may track your shipment anytime on Fetpak's UPS Tracking Page.. Our Customer Service
Department can also supply you with this information if requested. UPS, the UPS brand mark and the color brown are

We will beat any wholesalers' or distributors' price excluding closeouts. Customer must supply current
printed advertised price or current invoice. Products must be the same quality. When beating a price we follow
the identical shipping, handling, service charges, and minimum order policies as the competitor.
