Free shipping and no handling from Fetpak on all orders shipped anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States and Canada.
To qualify for free shipping, Fetpak chooses shipping method to be used. Most orders are shipped
UPS ground. If customer specifies shipping method to be used then Fetpak will add shipping to order.
We also ship Priority Mail, Next Day and 2nd Day. Freight charges are additional on special shipping requests.

A $10.00 small order service charge applies to orders under $100.00. Brokerage fees, Canadian Taxes and Duties may apply, please check with the Canadian Post Office or UPS. There is a $60.00 charge for common carrier deliveries (usually a large quantity or bulky items) to a residential address. We will inform you before we ship if this applies to your order. *We add shipping charges (not handling charges) if your order is shipped beyond the contiguous 48 states or Canada. We are not responsible for reasonable or excusable delays, nor shall the customer refuse to accept delivery because of such delay. Excusable delays include delays resulting from inability to obtain merchandise from manufacturers, delays by shipping company, or other causes beyond our control. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI and any U.S. Territories are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
Only credit card payments accepted. Shipping added to order, no handling charges. Please specify shipping method. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Priority. We will notify you of shipping charge. On large orders, customer must arrange shipment from a freight forwarder based in the USA.
Last Column Pricing- Receive Last Column Prices on all items in our catalog on orders over $1,200. Orders from $2,500-$4,999 receive an additional 5% off. Orders over $5,000 receive an additional 8% off last column prices. For last column pricing shipment must be to one location in the Contiguous U.S.A. Does not apply to special orders or custom orders.
If you would like to return a product, let us know within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days after issue date. The return must be shipped back UPS or Fedex ground or Priority Mail, freight prepaid by customer. You will receive a full credit, refund, or replacement. Merchandise must be returned in original packing, clean and unused. We can only issue refunds on orders in which a charge card was used, otherwise a replacement or credit to your Fetpak account will be issued. Special or custom orders cannot be returned. All merchandise should be examined upon receipt. Damaged items can only be replaced by an identical item. Column pricing, quantity discounts, and small order charges will be adjusted to reflect the reduction caused by the return, cancellation, or exchange. On Fetpak errors we will issue a Call Tag for pickup at our expense. Seller makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, other than its obligation to deliver goods to its buyers specifications, if any. Sellers liability is limited to replacing defective product, and in no event shall seller be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Customer is liable for round trip freight cost if order is shipped out then canceled or refused. Shipping Claims- We must be notified of misshipment or damaged products within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
If your order is being shipped UPS and you would like us to confirm when your order is shipped out and the date it will arrive, request a confirmation and supply us with your email address and you will receive email with the ship date of your order and tracking information. You may track your shipment anytime on Fetpaks UPS Tracking Page.. Our Customer Service Department can also supply you with this information if requested.
