PICK UP-Our warehouse and showroom are opened Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. To speed pick up, call in your order beforehand. Orders over $75.00 which are picked up receive a 5% discount.

Free Shipping, No Handling Charges and No Fuel Surcharges from Fetpak on all orders over $75.00 shipped anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. To qualify for free shipping, Fetpak chooses shipping method to be used. Most orders are shipped UPS or Priority Mail. If customer specifies shipping method to be used then Fetpak will add shipping to order. We also ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select. Freight charges are additional on special shipping requests. We will contact you for approval of freight charge before shipping via special request.
*In the 48 Contiguous States a $7.95 flat rate shipping applies to all orders $75.00 and under.
There is a $50.00 charge on common carrier deliveries to a residential address. If this applies to your order we will inform you before shipping your order.
Shipping charges are added to your order. Fetpak has negotiated steep discounts from its freight carriers, we pass these savings onto you. Before shipping we will notify you of shipping charges. Order will not be shipped unless freight charges are approved by customer.
If outside the United States, brokerage fees, taxes and duties may apply. Many of our products are Made in USA and this may save you duty charges under Free Trade Agreements.
On All Orders: Fetpak is not responsible for reasonable or excusable delays, nor shall the customer refuse to accept delivery because of such delay. Excusable delays include delays resulting from inability to obtain merchandise from manufacturers, delays by shipping company, or other causes beyond our control. Customer is responsible for round trip freight if order is refused due to any of these reasons.
Last Column Pricing: Receive Last Column Pricing on all items on orders over $1,200. Orders from $2,500-$4,999 receive Last Column Pricing and an additional 5% off. Orders over $5,000 receive Last Column Pricing and an additional 8% off.
For last column pricing, shipment must be to one location in the Contiguous U.S.A.
If you would like to return a product, let us know within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days after issue date. The return must be shipped back UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail, freight prepaid by customer. You will receive a full credit, refund, or replacement. Merchandise must be returned in original packing, clean and unused. We can only issue refunds on orders where payment was by Charge Card or PayPal, otherwise a replacement or credit to your Fetpak account will be issued. Special or custom orders cannot be returned. All merchandise should be examined upon receipt. Damaged items can only be replaced by an identical item. Column pricing, quantity discounts, and flat rate shipping will be adjusted to reflect the reduction caused by the return, cancellation, or exchange.
On Fetpak errors we will issue a Call Tag for pickup at our expense. Fetpak makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, other than its obligation to deliver goods to its buyers specifications, if any. Our liability is limited to replacing defective product(s), and in no event shall Fetpak be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Customer is liable for round trip freight cost if order is shipped out and then canceled or refused.
Shipping Claims- We must be notified of misshipment or damaged products within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
If your order is being shipped UPS or Priority Mail and you would like us to confirm when your order is shipped out and the date it will arrive, request a confirmation and supply us with your email address and you will receive an email with the tracking information.
We can dropship to your customer. You must use a charge card, PayPal or have an open account.
