What does Fetpak do?

Fetpak is a distributor of packaging supplies to manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and show vendors. Our goal is to provide you with packaging products to help your business grow.

What kind of products do you distribute?

We distribute thousands of different styles of bags, boxes, labels, tags, jewelry displays, and many other packaging products which help our customers grow their business.

Is Fetpak just an internet company?

No, Fetpak was started in 1989 and we have grown from a small warehouse in Islandia, NY to a huge warehouse and offices in Commack, NY. Your are always welcomed to visit our 1,000 square foot showroom. Everything you buy from us gets shipped from our warehouse, we do not use third parties to process our orders. We retain full control and therefore your order arrives quickly, accurately and in good condition. Does Fetpak have a catalog?

Yes, we have a 56 page full color catalog. If you would like to receive one go to "Request Catalog" at the upper left of this page. All customers ordering on our website automatically receive our catalog.

Why are Fetpak's prices so low?

We buy from manufacturers in large quantities. Because of our large buying power we arrange for many of our manufacturers to produce high quality products at low prices. These low prices are passed along to our customers. Trailers and containers of packaging goods are continually being delivered to us. Our efficiently run computerized warehouse also keeps our costs down thereby passing on further savings to you.

How can you offer FREE shipping in the 48 States and all of Canada? None of your competitors do.

We believe our customers shouldn't have to pay for any hidden costs. Nearly all of our competitors charge shipping, handling, and insurance fees, charges that we believe are unfair to our customers. We feel that our customers should know the exact price of what they are buying and not be taken advantage of with shipping/handling/insurance charges.

Is Fetpak on any Social Networks?

Yes, we are on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. We have frequent discounts and specials on those sites, so for extra savings Like, Follow and Add Us.

If I order $1,200 I receive last column pricing on every item Fetpak carries?

Yes you do, and if you order $2,500 an additional 5% off last column and on $5,000 an additional 8% off last column.

Do you ship orders the same day I place my order?

Yes, most orders are shipped the same day if received by 1:00 PM Eastern time.

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order. We have a small order service fee of $7.00 ($10.00 Canada) for orders under $100.00. But remember we have no hidden charges like shipping, fuel surcharges and insurance.

How do I place an order?

You may order online from our secure web site. You may also phone, fax, or mail in your order. If in the area you may pick your order up at our warehouse.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, check or money order in advance, C.O.D. and net 30 days to approved accounts. See "Terms of Sale" link below for more information.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when placing an order ask us to give you your invoice number, then you can click the UPS symbol on our web site and instantly track your order.

Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?

Unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge a restocking fee. We have a no hassle return policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us. See our "Terms of Sale" page below.

With all of these customer friendly policies, how can you still be in business?

That is exactly why we are still in business. Over the years our customer service has improved and we try to give the customer what they want. By offering policies such as free shipping, free gifts, and no hassle returns, our customers have become loyal to us and that is why we continue to grow.
